José guides you through Yin poses that open up the hips and hamstrings and gives you a number of options you can try to find the best way for you to open up these areas. It is not about how it looks or how deep you can go, as long as you are feeling it in the areas we are targeting; how this is achieved differs for each person.
At the end, you can choose to finish with a guided Savasana or seated meditation, so your body can integrate and rest.
