This is a yoga class for when you are feeling like (for want of a better word for it) crap! Getting on your mat when you're feeling unmotivated, annoyed, or sad, can be challenging. This simple, energising flow is no fix for a bad mood, but it can help you find a bit of grounding to help you shift your state of mind. Just come as you are.
