In this Pilates and yoga fusion, we will work on building our grounded strength, with extra focus on the upper body and outer hips. We'll incorporate exercises that might not always necessarily be huge crowd favourites (like modified pushups), but that are really good to bring into our practice once in a while. Hopefully, we'll end our practice feeling strong and empowered.
