Improve your digestion by releasing the spine and opening up the hips with this elemental Yin class combined with Yang-like movements. We'll practice pranayama to improve lung function and enhance digestion throughout the class, along with Yin yoga poses and gentle movements that open and release the belly, front hips, back, and hamstrings – the areas of the Stomach & Spleen and Kidney & Urinary Bladder meridians. The pranayama and yoga asanas help harmonise the chi flow – the pure universal energy – in the body, restore proper functioning of your digestive organs, and support overall well-being.
You can choose to end with a guided Savasana or seated meditation, so you feel replenished (and perhaps even ready for a bathroom break ;-)). As always, José provides different options for each pose so you can adapt them to your abilities and receive the benefits.
