A (morning) movement experience that liberates the hip joint and its multiple ways of movement. There’ll be varied movements in the hip joints, different ways of applying weight and some rolling around on the floor, so make sure you have some space. In addition to the physical practice, David does his best to ask valuable questions and steer you towards a freer state of mind. When the hips and mind are free, anything and everything is possible!
