Join me to release the day, relax the nervous system, and gently unwind any tension in your body and mind. This practice will combine slow flow with some restorative and Yin-style poses to help ground and settle you. We'll include some conscious breathing and some visualisation too, to set you up for deep rest and a great night's sleep.
