Turkish getup - Workout class

The Turkish getup is an effective total body strength and mobility exercise. We warm up with some hip mobility exercises, some lunges and shoulder openers and finally some step throughs. You’ll be guided step by step towards the final sequence – three sets per side of the ‘Get up'. David uses a 5K dumbbell but this class can be done with much lighter weights or no weights at all. Enjoy, Poweryogis!
