Relax and fill your cup with this very gentle, restorative practice. Starting with a lying-down meditation, we move through a little movement - including windshield wipers and twists. We stand up once (in a heroic effort!) and then come straight back down to the mat for a restorative heart opener, pigeon pose, forward fold and Savasana. This is all geared towards calming the nervous system, cultivating safety and ease, releasing tension and inviting lots of stillness.
Props: pillow, blanket, two blocks and a bolster.
