We begin by connecting to the top and bottom of the spine using some tapping and massage to enable us to become more aware of the space between the base of the skull and the area of the sacrum, inviting the prana to flow more freely. Connecting with our spine in this light manner allows the different movements of the sequence to be more seamless. This is an accessible class for everybody to start exploring the deeper dimensions of the practices of yoga.
