A slow-paced Hatha yoga class to awaken your body and help you become present. Most poses are held for five full breaths, creating an opportunity for you to fully immerse yourself in the moment, allowing both mind and body to settle and synchronise. This is key to achieving heart-mind coherence. Throughout the class, we integrate the breathwork practiced at the beginning into each pose. This sequence includes a variety of poses such as Downward Facing Dog, Side Angle poses, an array of twists, forward bends, Chair Pose, Cobra, and many others.
