Start the day feeling strong and flexible with this Pilates and yoga fusion. Beginning with a centering and intention setting for the day, we then move through a sequence mixing Vinyasa yoga with Pilates to create space, move and twist the spine, and work our core, legs and glutes. In our cool down, we remind ourselves once more of our intention, so that hopefully you will feel set up for a beautiful day ahead!
