When we hold on to tension in our bodies, we also hold on to tension in our minds. This simple practice involves movement and articulation for your fingers, thumbs, hands and wrists (useful if you are sitting at a desk using a keyboard), as well as movement for our shoulders, neck, toes, feet ankles and hips. This practice is a great way to start your day!
