Honouring our spine as the central column of energy, why not indulge in a spacious, uplifting sequence as an alternative to your daily coffee?! We start with sensorial activations – particularly through sight and touch – investigating how they can inspire spinal movement. Then we explore the spine in greater detail through isolation work, as well as integrated whole body movement, with pleasure as priority throughout!
