Join me for a gentle journey of movement and mindfulness. We'll awaken and mobilise every joint in our bodies and move with kindness, allowing us to explore our full range of motion in a soothing manner. We'll begin with soft, fluid movements to lubricate the joints - from the tips of your fingers to your toes - ensuring each part of your body feels acknowledged and cared for.
As the session progresses, I'll introduce a series of gentle hip openers. The focus is on creating space and ease in the hip area, to release any potential tightness and stress held there. We'll conclude the practice with a few moments of stillness. You'll leave your mat with a renewed sense of harmony and appreciation for your body.
