This 45-minute sequence offers a creative way to practice the poses you know and love while focusing on building core strength. The class begins with a minute in stillness to help you check in, then we move into a core warm up to work the external obliques as well as the transverse abdominis and rectus abdominis. The flow part of the class includes a creative standing pose flow with an invigorating sequence which includes Bow and Arrow pose and a core challenge on the floor. Then we wind down with some slower stretches and finish with a few calm and relaxed minutes in Savasana.
