In this Yin yoga practice, ideal for winding down at the end of the day, we will calm the nervous system, promoting deep relaxation whilst gently gaining flexibility. We’ll stretch the hips, hamstrings, spine and more. Make sure you’re warm and comfortable, and bring a bolster/large pillow and some blocks.
