We start this meditation with conscious breathing to relax the body. Then we feel what it is like when we unhook our awareness from the mind, dropping into our body, and becoming attuned to spaciousness. The possible next step is to experience life from awareness. Toward the end of the meditation we’ll gradually reintegrate the body, holding space for your experience with kindness.
