In this flow we will explore a few backbends such as Camel and Wheel pose, whilst also moving the spine in all directions. There is a short introduction to teach you a safe way to approach backbends to help reduce or eliminate back pain, followed by a flow designed to increase flexibility, strength and mindfulness in backbends. There is an optional Scorpion pose (inverted backbend) for those who wish to try it, and options for those who don't.
