In our hurried world, slowing down can be deeply healing and transformative. This slow flow yoga class is about active recovery, so if you’ve been experiencing stress, this practice will help. We begin with a little hip work, before doing some gentle movement on all fours to warm up our spine. We then practice a calm, simple creative Vinyasa flow. This class is ideal for both beginners and intermediate students. Remember to go slowly and feel the connection with your breath.
