In this nurturing session, we begin by settling into the present moment, directing our attention inward. Through gentle guidance, you are encouraged to soften, relax, and allow your awareness to gather and grow in the lower dantian – your energy centre. The class then progresses into a series of fluid movements on all fours to awaken your body further. From there, we'll move into a stronger sequence that includes lunges, twists, warriors, and side planks. These postures help to stretch, strengthen, and balance both body and mind. Towards the end of the class, you'll find yourself rooted in a Tree pose. We conclude with further energy work, to leave you feeling rejuvenated and aligned.
