This short class is designed to bring you back into your own centre - physically, energetically, mentally and emotionally. We start with a grounding and centering meditation, with visualisation and some conscious breathing. Then, we practice breath and movement in sync in a seated position, followed by a few simple asanas; cat-cows, down dog, mountain pose, and child's pose, only to return back to our meditation towards the end. This practice is less about the physical poses, and more about the energy we cultivate, so that you can feel more grounded within as you step off the mat.
