Designed to help relieve tension and reduce pain in your neck/shoulders/upper back, you will need a ball (a tennis ball works perfectly) and wall space as this entire practice is done at the wall. This practice includes a little bit of relaxed movement against the wall as well as some light shoulder mobility/strength work, followed by a lovely auto-massage (myofascial release) using the ball against the wall. We end the practice with some Yin poses on the wall to further release the neck and upper back, as well as the hips. This practice is suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners.
