A challenging, flowy class practiced mostly at the wall. We do lots of poses to open the front of the body and gradually prepare you for more challenging inversions, including Headstand and Handstand. If you are a beginner, I offer some variations that you can start to explore and see how they feel. If you’re already practicing inversions then you’ll be encouraged to progress your inversion practice, perhaps holding the poses for a little longer.
Props: two blocks and a belt (and some wall space).
