In my opinion, every class is better when you start with the core! We flip things around early and get into some frontal hip mobility work which sets us up for Dancer's pose later on. Moving back and forth between the forearms and standing poses will help to keep the mind present. Hopefully you’ll have plenty of space in the front body by the time we get to Camel pose, plus there's a little love for those outer hips to round things out.
