Amidst the wild changes in the world, this meditation invites you to find serenity in the stillness. We begin by connecting with the unwavering stability of the earth beneath us, becoming attuned to the gentle rhythm of our breath. With each inhalation and exhalation, we create a space for calm and ease to flourish, one breath at a time.
As you continue this mindful journey, you'll notice the subtle background presence of thoughts, emotions, and sensations. Instead of fixating on the breath alone, we encourage you to acknowledge these experiences. You can even name them, embracing them with loving awareness. Then, with gentle intention, you return to the soothing cadence of your breath.
