In this Restorative/Yin style practice, we allow our attention to drop inward and to slow all the way down. A long centering is followed by some slowing down of the breath, some gentle movement to open up around the back body and hips, and supported restorative poses to create space around the back, chest, side body and hips. Hopefully you’ll step off your mat feeling calm, rested and spacious.
Props: a bolster, a blanket and two blocks.
