Treat yourself with kindness and move your body from a space of love. As we move through this gentle flow, we'll aim to form our movement and our inner dialogue to one of cultivating self love. We'll practice a mindful flow with a focus on hip and heart openers, including Lizard and Pigeon pose. We'll also touch on affirmations, and how to use them in a way that resonates. Hopefully, you'll finish this practice feeling a little more inwardly compassionate.
