If you guessed strong core sequencing to begin with, then you're right! After we get that belly burning, we go right into some Sun Salutations to tease out the sweat. If that doesn't do it, some creative plank work should, as well as building strength and joy! Expect a twist or two and a few balancing poses before coming back to your favourite pose - Plank. A moment to wind down and let the heat fade us into a nice Savasana. You can do this!
