This practice mostly takes place completely supine and focuses entirely on the hips. It is so nice to practice this way - especially if your energy is low. It’s fantastic to do around your menstrual cycle when you may be feeling lethargic and literally want to roll around on the floor!! Try this practice every day for a week to really help with your hip flexibility. I hope you enjoy the grounding qualities of this class.
