Join me in this 45 minute class of self-care and rejuvenation. In the initial 5-minute check-in, I invite you to tune in to your body and mind, allowing you to become aware of your current state of being. This self-awareness sets the foundation for the practice that follows. To kick off the session, we gently activate the body for a few minutes to awaken and mobilize our entire system. We then gracefully transition into a series of nourishing Yin Yoga poses, each chosen to encourage deep relaxation and healing. As you sink into these postures, you'll have the opportunity to reset your nervous system, enhancing your sense of safety and connection within. This practice aims to restore balance, alleviate stress, and promote a profound sense of well-being.
Props needed: a brick (or thick books), a bolster (or a few pillows).
