A beginner-friendly Qigong practice to gently awaken your body. You’ll be guided through fundamental Qigong forms to tap away confusion and cultivate clarity, calm and ease. During the class you'll be introduced to the Beginning stance (Wuji) and practice some shaking and tapping and breathing to ground the energy. You'll also be introduced to various Qigong movements including Pulling from the Heavens and Emptying coat sleeves. We'll finish with some intention setting and a Clearing, Filling and Sealing exercise.
