Feel a bit low in energy and need a quick boost? Then this short class will do the trick. We practice a combination of Qigong movements and Yin yoga poses which target the spine, hips, knees and chest, to move stagnation and ease stiffness. We start standing and end with a relaxation and / or meditation.
Props: a pillow, bolster, 2 blocks, blanket.
