However we might feel about it at any given moment, our bodies are our only true, certain homes throughout our lifetimes. Making peace with them and fostering an inner appreciation and sense of self love has a beautiful effect of creating more calm and ease in the mind, as well as more relaxation in the body. This practice is themed around fostering that appreciation, through meeting ourselves where we are without judgement as we move through a short centering and a flow that combines gentleness with moments of strength. We will have surrender and softness, as well as stronger poses like Warrior 2 and Goddess pose. Hopefully, you will finish the practice feeling a little more (or even completely) at ease in your own skin.
