We start this class with some creative sequencing and floor work to get you warm and keep you on your toes. Some twists and turns throughout will have you shifting your perspective and as things progress you'll find an almost perfect marriage of stretchy and strong! In the standing poses you’ll have the option for some arm balances. Just as much as we rev things up, there’s plenty of room to go steady and wind things down and we’ll wrap up the practice with a nice pigeon stretch and Savasana.
