'Our bodies float in an ocean of elastic tissue'. The focus of this class is biotensegrity – exploring the functional and structural interconnections within ourselves and movement. We will be playing with a wing dance, allowing the shoulders and arms to feel free and expansive. The kidneys will be making a special guest appearance along with another hand mudra to get us in the mood! Let me know how you feel after this session.
Props: (optional) 2 tennis balls in a sock, a couple of blocks, chair
