This is a gentle and mindful practice that will help you to feel more grounded, focused, and energised. We’ll move and breathe through a series of slow-flow yoga poses that will help to stretch your muscles and improve circulation. The class ends with a few minutes of meditation where you can savour the feeling of peace and well-being, setting you up for a productive, balanced day.
