In this up-tempo practice, we work with activation of the core from the beginning by engaging in breath of fire. Then we move through a strong sequence to work the whole body, with extra emphasis on core and glutes. This class is marked as level 2 as the pace is a fairly high, but of course there is always the option to take things a little slower or take breaks when needed. Hopefully, you will step off the mat feeling warm and energised, ready for the day.
