Get ready to generate a blast of prana (life force) through your whole body! This shorter, dynamic class moves quickly, and we’ll start by working into the arms and shoulders and circulate energy with our exhalations. After creating heat in the upper body, we'll work into the hips and legs and finish with a delicious bit of core work to become aware of the life force flowing within.
This is a great class when you’re short on time and need an energy boost, or when you want a little workout, or even as an opening sequence before you drop into Yin or restorative mode!
