Do you have tension in your ribcage, hips and thighs, or are you suffering from headaches? Then this Yin class in which we will deeply stimulate the fascia and muscles in these areas is for you. Alongside our Yin poses, we’ll be using tennis balls to stimulate the acupuncture points Urinary bladder 10 and Gallbladder 20 – both of which help to release tension in the neck and head.
As usual, José gives different options for each pose so you can adapt them to your possibilities and get the most out of them.
You’ll need a blanket, 2 pillows, a bolster, belt, 4 tennis balls and 2 socks.
