I love focused work on the feet! Our balance and stability starts with our feet and ankles – areas we tend not to give to much attention to in terms of mobility and strength. In this half tutorial/half movement class you'll learn how to activate your feet to feel their connection to the spine, and gain a better understanding of how the body and brain work together to find balance.
