Cultivating coherence and connecting with chi

We start this class by doing a couple of minutes of stretching exercises, allowing our bodies to relax and release tension. Following the stretching, we begin to synchronize our breath with a 4-count inhale and a 6-count exhale. This intentional breathing pattern is designed to calm our nervous system and enable us to enter a state of coherence.
Afterwards, we shift our focus inward and connect with our bodies, becoming aware of the subtle sensations within. This allows us to tap into our chi, the life force energy within us. When our chi flows harmoniously throughout our bodies, it becomes easier to connect with our true essence, and transcend the limitations of the physical form.
