The invitation in this meditation is to enter the transitional state between sleep and wakefulness, often referred to as the hypnagogic state – a space where creativity, insight, and deep relaxation may arise. Because we are guided to get out of our own way, we are allowing a deeper wisdom in us to emerge, bringing balance to our mind and physical body. Join me to find out what exploring this space might bring you. I find spending time in this liminal space relaxes me on a very deep level and re-energises me more than anything else.
