Get ready to work on your side splits! This flow incorporates a mix of both dynamic stretches and strength work to improve your side splits. Don't worry if you cannot do the splits yet - this is what the practice is for, to help you get there! Whilst I offer lots of modifications, there are also certain poses that are easier for people with a greater range of hip mobility – hence it is marked as a level 2 practice, but feel welcome to modify and practice at your own level.
