This practice for shoulder, spine and hip mobility all takes place at a wall. (You’ll need about 2 meters’ height and width). We start with arm circles then move into some spinal manipulation while facing the wall. A bit of squatting for strength and then ’squat rolls’ for mobility with the back to the wall. This work is inspired by a dear friend, Daniel Rojas and his Aiyana Movement Method. It is accessible for everyone but may require you taking more space away from the wall or moving more slowly to fit your body’s current needs.
