Healthy boundaries, whether mental, physical, emotional or even energetic, are vitally important for our wellbeing, but we may struggle to set them. Often even more so if we are sensitive or empathetic, which is arguably when we need them the most. This practice focuses on helping us feel deeply rooted and empowered so that we may set healthy boundaries when we need to.
We practice a meditation to feel grounded and to release all ties we might not wish to carry forward. Then, we move into a flow which involves parts that are a little faster and involve a little challenge. Don't be put off - you can always take it at your own pace and rest where needed. The challenge simply serves as a tool to feel and build your own strength. Hopefully, you will step off the mat bringing that empowerment and healthy sense of self with you.
