This class is a bit different from what I usually do. It’s labelled a level 2 class – not because the physical part is intense but because it’s helpful to be able to concentrate deeply. Everything in life is in motion and has some kind of pulse, including our cells, heart, digestive, respiratory and nervous system. You may be able to tune into this pulse and notice it as a felt sense in your body, and in this practice we use music to enhance the experience. Here’s the link to the playlist - and of course you’re welcome to do the class without it.
The music and my suggestions will guide you through a practice that includes familiar poses and also invites authentic, free movement to explore what the body wants to express and how it wants to move with the pulse of life (and with the sounds you are listening to). I suggest that you turn on the playlist when prompted so that we can move through the practice together. Let me know how you get on in the comments below!
