Twisting is a powerful action that is beneficial for many reasons. It can give you an instant energy boost and is a great way to decompress the vertebrae. This class will explore twisting in isolation and as a whole body movement, incorporating extending our maximum reach. We will explore the action of twisting across key positions including standing, squatting. This class can be practised as a dynamic flow or broken down into individual mobility exercises.
