In this class, we work on a few different areas including glute strength/flexibility, hamstrings and some twists. This allows us to explore a little playtime in Baby Grasshopper, which is a posture with one hand/foot close to the ground. There are plenty of modifications available so don't worry if you're not super flexible. No inversions or other arm balances in this class.
