A dynamic sequence to activate our wings within. The class will focus on strengthening and mobilising the shoulders from every angle through proprioceptive exploration and multidimensional movement. Scapular movement will be explored both in isolation as well as a vital of part whole body movement, particularly in relation to weight bearing stances on the hands. We will look at extending reach within the expression of our arm line (like wings) across various standing poses including Half Moon (Ardha Chandrasana). Particularly relevant to curious movers exploring healthy and functional shoulder movement.
