Wind down from the day with this gentle, soothing, mellow evening practice. We start with a relaxing meditation that focuses on grounding and releasing any 'layers' of potential tension or residual outward focus from the day. As we let go deeper, we move into some very gentle, low to the ground movement and stretching, to allow the physical body to release and unravel too, so that we can finish our practice in a relaxing Savasana, with a slight nod to Yoga Nidra. Feel free to do this last part in your PJs in bed, so you can drift off to sleep afterwards!
